Job Description & Activities / Tasks

* Monitor shipment delivery status through the CargoWise system.

* Track and follow up on outstanding deliveries and delayed shipments.

* Ensure timely availability and uploading of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.

* Coordinate with operations teams, carriers, and agents to obtain missing PODs.

* Update shipment records and maintain accurate delivery information in CargoWise.

* Prepare delivery status reports and highlight exceptions for management review.

* Assist in resolving delivery discrepancies and documentation issues.

* Prepare and dispatch Notice of Arrival (NOA) notifications to agents for cargo ready for collection.

* Verify shipment details and supporting documents before sending notifications.

* Monitor cargo readiness status and ensure timely communication to agents.

* Follow up with agents on outstanding acknowledgements or collection arrangements.

* Update shipment records and maintain accurate documentation in the company system.

* Assist in coordinating with operations and customer service teams regarding cargo availability.

* Support administrative and documentation-related tasks within the operations department.

Intern’s Job Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Basic understanding of logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding operations is an advantage.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data monitoring and reporting.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.

* Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Willingness to learn and work with logistics management systems such as CargoWise.
