As part of the Operations Augmented Beauty Team, you will act as the primary point of contact and project owner across a set of strategic digital initiatives spanning connected device data management, platform modernization, supplier performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Centralize 100% of Device Data Flows within the BeautyFleet Platform

1.1 Repair Process Digitalization
  • Lead the Cordon data integration into the BeautyFleet Platform, structured in two phases:
    • Phase 1: Integration of existing historical data
    • Phase 2: Integration of repairability data
  • Coordinate with technical and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth data ingestion and validation

1.2 Repair Data Exposure via PM2S Integration
  • Drive the integration with PM2S to expose repair data to business teams
  • Ensure full visibility on the B2B device repair lifecycle, enabling informed decision-making across the organization

1.3 Distribution Centers Data Integration
  • Integrate distribution center data into the BeautyFleet Platform
  • Deliver end-to-end supply chain visibility covering device flows from sourcing to delivery

1.4 Augmented Beauty Device Framework
  • Integrate the Augmented Beauty Device Framework into R&I validation gate sessions to ensure data connectivity is designed in from day one

2. Product owner BeautyFleet Platform

With the lead of IT team to contribute to modernization of the Platform Infrastructure

2.1 Azure to GitHub Migration Support
  • Support the migration of platform components from Azure to GitHub, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations

2.2 Firmware Update Feature Migration Support
  • Contribute to the migration of the Firmware Update Feature, coordinating with SNOW teams to ensure stability and continuity

2.3 PKI for Edge Devices
  • Support the implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) for edge devices, ensuring secure and authenticated device communication

3. Deliver Relevant & Actionable Data to Business Teams

3.1 ABOps Alignment
  • Stay closely aligned with the ABOps team to anticipate and respond to emerging data needs
  • Enable new data types and roll out new KPIs as required by business stakeholders

3.2 Data Availability & Freshness Monitoring
  • Monitor data pipelines to ensure availability, accuracy and freshness
  • Proactively identify and resolve data gaps to guarantee business teams always have access to up-to-date information

4. Embed Data Connectivity from the Device Conception Phase

4.1 Augmented Beauty Device Framework
  • Integrate the Augmented Beauty Device Framework into R&I validation gate sessions to ensure data connectivity is designed in from day one

4.2 New Device Onboarding
  • Support the onboarding of the new devices into the BeautyFleet Platform, coordinating between technical, R&I and Operations teams

5. Ensure Effective B2B & B2C Supplier Performance Management

5.1 Supplier Performance Framework
  • Co-define with the Device Care Team a comprehensive supplier performance framework tailored to both B2B and B2C contexts
  • Cover SLAs, KPIs, and reporting standards to drive service excellence across the supplier ecosystem
