The role

You will join the Business Process Team and shape how network operations work.
End-to-end processes that drive network transformation and automation are yours to design, improve and govern.
Business stakeholders, operational teams and technical teams find their connection in you, as you translate business needs into clear processes, requirements and functional specifications.
Using the BPMN 2.0 standard, you model AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
KPIs help you monitor process performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, automation and customer experience.
Your scope covers the network lifecycle, from planning and rollout to activation, service assurance, maintenance and sometimes phase-out.
Complex challenges become clear, effective processes that support efficient, scalable and future-ready telecom operations.

Desired profile

Experience in process management, continuous improvement or business analysis, preferably in telecommunications
Experience managing cross-functional projects, including adoption and organizational change
The following are an asset:
- hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and ARIS or a comparable modelling tool
- good knowledge of telecom networks, or the curiosity and drive to quickly build and apply this knowledge

Workshops, interviews, process reviews and gap analyses are familiar ground, and you facilitate them with ease.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills help you move topics forward.

Strong communication in Dutch and/or French is combined with a working knowledge of English.
