As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in optimizing our occupancy rate and supporting the development of our sales strategy. You will be trained, guided, and immersed in high-impact missions.
What you’ll be doing
- First point of contact: Engage directly with prospects, qualify leads, ensure rigorous follow-ups, and contribute to contract signings.
- Data explorer: Track and analyze performance metrics (occupancy rates, inquiries, member feedback…) and propose actionable improvements.
- Strategy sidekick: Support the sales strategy alongside the team.
- Cross-team connector: Coordinate with Community, Tech, and Finance teams to ensure seamless client follow-up.
- Marketing ally: Collaborate with the marketing team to improve the quality of incoming leads.
- Event builder: Help organize regular events to deliver memorable client experiences and foster member loyalty.
