Job Description

We are looking for a PMO / Coordination Specialist who will work within the Finance Tribe, supporting General Accounting and Chart of Accounts workstreams.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Coordinating activities across the General Accounting and CoA workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies and priorities are clearly aligned
  • Supporting the Tribe Lead in governance routines, reporting, issue tracking and cross-team communication
  • Monitoring delivery progress and proactively identifying, assessing and escalating risks or emerging issues
  • Enabling fluid information flow across teams by organizing alignments, preparing materials and ensuring clarity of actions and ownership


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • University degree in STEM
  • Experience in project coordination, PMO activities or program management within complex environments
  • Prior exposure to Finance, insurance processes or transformation programs is considered a plus
  • Ability to manage cross team dependencies and timelines
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), work management tools (e.g., DevOps) and reporting preparation
  • Understanding of Finance processes (General Accounting, CoA) or strong willingness to learn
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and ability to work under pressure during peak phases
