  Inside Amadeus: The New Student Business Game

  In June, things got a little competitive at Amadeus... in the best way possible Our interns and apprentices came together to discover the 1st session of our new student onboarding event : a Student Business Game, an event designed to explore, connect, and experience Amadeus from the inside out. Through a series of challenges, they stepped into our ecosystem: linking products to real customer needs, uncovering the hidden steps of a traveler’s journey, and tackling a business case inspired by real-life questions. And we’re already looking forward to the next edition… Who knows, maybe you’ll have the chance to be part of it?

  A warm welcome to our new interns

  In the past few weeks, our nice offices have grown livelier, as new interns joined us and brought fresh energy, new perspectives, and the kind of curiosity that sparks great conversations To help them settle in, we hosted a Meet & Share event, bringing together newcomers and current students for an open, friendly exchange about their journeys and first impressions of life at Amadeus.

  Amadeus is once again among the Best Employers!

  Amadeus is to be recognized once again by Capital Magazine magazine as one of France’s Best Employers in 2026 and we climb to 10th place in the High-Tech category (up from 14th last year!).  This ranking is based on an independent and anonymous survey carried out by Statista, reflecting authentic employee feedback from across the industry.  We owe this to our teams for making Amadeus a great place to work

  2025: What You Need to Know

  In 2025, 161 students joined Amadeus - that’s 78 apprentices and 83 interns bringing fresh ideas and energy! Tech skills were in the spotlight, with 79% of profiles in technical roles. Diversity remains a key focus at Amadeus: 40% of our students were women, including 30% in technical roles. We also welcomed talent from 31 nationalities, with 59% coming from outside France. As a result of an internal satisfaction survey among students, we found that 98% of these newcomers would recommend Amadeus for an internship or apprenticeship.   Building empathy to drive inclusion

  This November, during European Disability Week, 280 Amadeus employees took part in immersive sessions like adapted games, sensory challenges, exploring accessibility and inclusion designed to deepen understanding of disability in the workplace.   These hands-on experiences remind us that empathy is the foundation of an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.   At Amadeus, we are committed to making accessibility and inclusion a reality for all 🌍

  Too cute not to share

  At Amadeus, inclusion and accessibility go beyond words — it’s reflected in concrete actions driven by values that unite us.  Some of our employees are actively involved with guide dogs associations by welcoming young dogs in training into their homes. To support their learning journey, we also welcome them into our offices (just like Uzes in this picture), providing an ideal environment for socialization and skill development. This helps prepare them to join their future families, to whom they will bring autonomy, peace of mind, and freedom. And we have to admit… seeing these little cuties around the office definitely brightens up our day! As employees, it’s pretty amazing to watch them learn, grow, and bring a bit of joy to all employees they meet. At Amadeus, we’re proud to #MakeADifference

  A major milestone for sustainability at Amadeus in Nice!

   Recently, we proudly completed the installation of our cutting-edge geothermal system. With this technology, we’re set to reduce energy comsumption, CO₂ emissions and water usage. Launched in 2022, this ambitious initiative reflects our strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. It brought together more than 60 passionate volunteers from across Amadeus, working hand in hand with our general services team.

  Together make a difference

  This September, 140 employees from our Amadeus offices in Nice came together to support our local community. They rolled up their sleeves for Habitat et Humanisme, renovating housing for vulnerable populations. They also joined forces for a beach cleanup in Nice, helping preserve our beautiful Mediterranean coastline from pollution. A win-win-win! For our people: A chance to connect, recharge, and give back. For Amadeus: Living our values through action. For our community: Real support driving real change. Because when we care, we act.
