This November, during European Disability Week, 280 Amadeus employees took part in immersive sessions like adapted games, sensory challenges, exploring accessibility and inclusion designed to deepen understanding of disability in the workplace. These hands-on experiences remind us that empathy is the foundation of an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. At Amadeus, we are committed to making accessibility and inclusion a reality for all 🌍
At Amadeus, inclusion and accessibility go beyond words — it’s reflected in concrete actions driven by values that unite us. Some of our employees are actively involved with guide dogs associations by welcoming young dogs in training into their homes. To support their learning journey, we also welcome them into our offices (just like Uzes in this picture), providing an ideal environment for socialization and skill development. This helps prepare them to join their future families, to whom they will bring autonomy, peace of mind, and freedom. And we have to admit… seeing these little cuties around the office definitely brightens up our day! As employees, it’s pretty amazing to watch them learn, grow, and bring a bit of joy to all employees they meet. At Amadeus, we’re proud to #MakeADifference
Recently, we proudly completed the installation of our cutting-edge geothermal system. With this technology, we’re set to reduce energy comsumption, CO₂ emissions and water usage. Launched in 2022, this ambitious initiative reflects our strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. It brought together more than 60 passionate volunteers from across Amadeus, working hand in hand with our general services team.
This September, 140 employees from our Amadeus offices in Nice came together to support our local community. They rolled up their sleeves for Habitat et Humanisme, renovating housing for vulnerable populations. They also joined forces for a beach cleanup in Nice, helping preserve our beautiful Mediterranean coastline from pollution. A win-win-win! For our people: A chance to connect, recharge, and give back. For Amadeus: Living our values through action. For our community: Real support driving real change. Because when we care, we act.
