How to get motivated
Finding a job means you have to look for one, and that means getting motivated! Thanks for the advice, we hear you say. Looking for an internship, work experience or your first job is a full-time job in itself, and something that you often have to do all by yourself. Well, that's not totally true: we've put our heads together to come up with a few tried and tested hacks to make your job hunt a far more enjoyable experience. OK, we admit it's not as fun as recreating the latest TikTok challenge, but if you follow our tips, it really won't be that bad. Promise!

Doctor, doctor, I've got a procrastination problem
If you're bit of a procrastinator and aren't really keen on the "adulting" thing, job hunting may well freak you out slightly. To understand what's holding you back and stopping you from taking the plunge, we interviewed Albert Moukheiber, a doctor of neuroscience and psychology, who's a real expert on the matter. The man who can read you like an open book answered can answer that most pressing question: why do I procrastinate so much? And as well as helping us feel a little less guilty (it's good to see a psychologist sometimes), he gave us some tips on how to stop procrastinating.
