RWE Supply & Trading* has not only kept business going under the adverse conditions of the past year, but has also pushed ahead with its ambitious growth plans and invested a lot of work into its graduate programmes. Therefore, we are thrilled that, in this unprecedented year, we have secured the winning position at the Job Crowd for the "Top Employer for Graduates to work for". 

The award was presented by TheJobCrowd, who produce annual rankings for organisations based on graduate reviews and are well recognised in the UK graduate job market. In recent years we have achieved high rankings – but last year was the first time that we were awarded the overall top position. In addition, we also won awards for "best company for graduates in the energy and utilities sector" and "best company for supporting graduates". RWE Supply & Trading prevailed against strong competition from major multinational brands such as Virgin Media and Volkswagen.

In a challenging year for employers all over the world, RWE Supply & Trading responded quickly to changes in the market and ensured that all relevant recruitment steps – from assessment centre to induction – could be carried out virtually from anywhere in the world. As a result, in September 2020 we welcomed our highest number of 32 new graduates to our numerous graduate programmes.
