Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield is an owner, developer and operator of sustainable, high-quality real estate in the most dynamic cities in Europe and the United States. We operate 66 shopping centers in 11 countries, including 40 that carry the well-known Westfield brand. Our shopping centers attract over 900 million visitors annually and provide a unique platform for retailers and brands to engage with consumers. In addition, we have a portfolio of high-quality offices, 10 convention and exhibition centers in Paris and a development pipeline of €1.9 billion, consisting mainly of mixed-use properties. Our Better Places sustainability roadmap sets a clear, science-based net zero target for areas 1 and 2 by 2030 and for our entire value chain by 2050.
