The AFEMEA Graduate Program offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills with an international packaging leader in an innovative and diverse environment. The 18-month Graduate Program consists of three six or two nine-month rotations, based at one of our European plants or offices.Successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract designed to deliver hands-on learning with one of our AFEMEA teams. You’ll be involved in a range of projects from day one, on which you’ll be encouraged to actively participate in decisions that have a direct impact on our business. AFEMEA Graduate Experience offers an ideal platform to jump-start your career as part of a winning team.

    In general - yes, however, it depends on the opportunities you are looking for. During 18 months AFEMEA Graduate Program, we usually try to base our Graduates in one of our facilities - just to ensure the full experience and the best possible learning of our products, processes, ways of working.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

    Graduate Program has a very regular cycle. New wave of Graduates start always from October. The recruitment fort those roles is usually open between March and June.
