Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Yes, absolutely - we are continually looking to enhance our Lisbon team which means there will be opportunities to stay on following an internship. We also recruit at Trainee level on a permanent basis throughout the year.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
During the induction period, you will be office-based, and thereafter will have the opportunity for some hybrid working.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Not as such, but we try and onboard in small groups so that our joiners have a community as they start with Aptia and begin their learning journey.
