We expect new employees to work for at least 3 days a week at the office. For you as an early career this is also really helpful to land in the company, get help and build your network.

Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

Our internship positions are open throughout the year. We also have early career programs for regular positions, which open not on specific dates. We also have a Management Traineeship for which we run normally processes before summer and regular early career positions are published on the website.
