Graduate programme 

The Graduate Programme at Demant offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills in a great working environment. You will join us in improving the lives of millions of people worldwide through hearing health. 

The Programem will take you through three or four rotations in a two-year journey. During your rotations, you will get hands-on experience with different challenging projects that allow you to learn and build on your knowledge and skills. This will give you a broad understanding of our business and help you build a strong network of people across functions.

You will plan your rotations together with your host manager to enhance your professional and personal development as much as possible. We are a global company, so all tracks are designed with an international perspective. Many of our graduates also have the opportunity to go abroad for one rotation.

We give you a lot of responsibility and a high exposure from day one, and after successfully completing the Programme, we offer you a permanent position with Demant - either in Denmark or abroad.

As a graduate, you will have an introduction week in the beginning, training bootcamps, visits to our business sites, as well as mentoring and management meetings. Also, we offer you a beneficial health insurance, a wide range of sporting and leisure clubs including offer for massages, a healthy and delicious canteen, and lot of fun activities and events with the other graduates. 

Demant's Student Network

We employ more than 150 students in our Danish entities and established an internal network for all students to connect with each other. The purpose is to share interests and get career tips from the company.

We organize both professional and social events to foster an inclusive and cohesive student community all while having fun and building bonds.

You can also do your BA, MA or PhD project with us or join us for an internship.

  • What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?

    We have super nice culture with a low hierarchy, which makes it possible to talk across functions, no matter which title an employee has. We furthermore employ more than 150 students in our Danish entities and established an internal network for all students to connect with each other.

  • Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?

    Yes, if everything went well, there is of course a chance for a student job or a permanent position after an internship.

  • Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

    We fully support a fine working-from-home culture, where you can work from home a couple of days a week. Still, we do not offer fully remote student jobs, as we would like to see you and learn together here at the office as well.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

    Yes! We recruit for our Graduate Programme from October until January each year. So, if you finish your studies next year, you should apply already this October. Find more information here:
