Eurofins

We’re pleased to spotlight leaders from Eurofins Food & Feed Testing and Agro Testing businesses in Europe who completed the second module of their International Senior Talent Development Programme.
 
Recognising the importance of talent development, this programme, developed in partnership with the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, brings together high potential leaders from across Europe to grow their operational and leadership capabilities.  

Building on the first module’s strategy and leadership focus, the second module offered a closer look at Commercial Excellence. Together they explored how scientific and technical expertise can be translated into sustainable organic growth, stronger commercial leadership, strategic thinking, and customer-focused execution.  

A key focus throughout the programme was Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the future of work. Participants discussed how AI can transform decision-making, leadership, customer interactions, and business processes. Through interactive workshops, they gained practical insights into how emerging technologies can create customer value and opportunities for their teams.

As Marianne Elsborg Ibsen, Organisational Development Director for Eurofins Food Testing companies in Europe, shared:
