FAQ – JobTeaser asks the questions for you

  • What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?

The opportunity to work on projects that directly impact our decentralised organisation, and explore how it functions (digital transformation of business/lab processes, LEAN management). Interns and graduates are given responsibilities from day one. Being able to visit labs and network with leaders.

  • Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?

Yes, that’s what we wish for all our interns! There is the possibility of staying in the team where you did your internship/apprenticeship or moving to another team/department that you find interesting and that could benefit from your contributions.

  • Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

Yes, usually! It depends on the job requirements and the guidelines of the team manager.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?

Open positions are advertised throughout the entire year for full-time recent graduate roles. For internships, it is always best to apply 4 to 6 months before our internship programmes begin in January/February and/or July/August.
