Meet Lara Terroso, Junior Accounts Payable Accountant in the Eurofins Shared Service Centre in Braga, Portugal, and discover how she turned her first internship into a full-time position.

How did her journey begin? “With a background in finance and financial management services, I started as an intern in the Accounts Payable team in Braga, Portugal. From day one, I was welcomed by a supportive team that guided me through every challenge and always took the time to teach me.”

What stood out to Lara from the start was the openness that allowed her to build her skills: “What I value most about this journey is the people I work with, the collaborative culture, and the opportunity to keep learning and growing every day.”

Where is she now? “Thanks to the team, I gained confidence, developed new skills, and progressed to my current role as a Junior Accountant. I am excited to continue building my career here.”
