FAQ – JobTeaser asks the questions for you
What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?
We offer up to 40 traineeship opportunities per year for recent graduates in scientific fields (such as chemistry, toxicology, biology, environmental science, and economics), and administrative fields (such as law, communications, finance, human resources, and ICT).
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
To provide equal opportunities, all our full-time positions are filled through external selection processes which are published on our website. Many of our former trainees have continued their career with us by succeeding in selection processes.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Our trainees and employees can work remotely up to 3 days per week. However, they should be based in Helsinki, Finland for the whole duration of their contract.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Paid traineeships usually start in the beginning of March and September, and last for 6 months. The application period is twice a year in the spring and fall, around April and October. Our full-time positions are published throughout the year.
