We view internships as an excellent opportunity for both parties to get to know each other, and it’s more common for students and interns to secure full-time
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Yes, EY-Parthenon supports flexible work arrangements, including remote work options. We understand the importance of work-life balance and provide our young talents with the tools and resources to succeed, whether in the office or from home.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Yes, our graduate/full-time job ads are open from mid-September to mid-October, with interviews from mid-October to December, aiming to sign contracts before Christmas. We also have a spring recruitment process for student positions running from February to May.
