What makes your company a great place to work for young talents ?
Lundbeck has an active student network with over 80 student assistants in Denmark. Education is a top priority, so we are flexible around workload and exams. We also have a strong focus on employee development and are eager to support students reach their career aspirations within the organization.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
In some cases, an intern has been offered a full-time position. However, there is no guarantee that a full-time position will be available when the internship is over.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Lundbeck owns and operates its entire value chain from research, development, production, supply through commercialization and the corporate functions that support our business. We are constantly looking for talent within all areas of the business, which encompasses all skillsets and backgrounds.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
No, Lundbeck does not recruit at predetermined (set) times of the year. All positions are posted as they become available. However, student and internship positions are most frequently posted in the spring and summer.
