We are looking for: • (Soon to be) completed master’s degree in engineering, operations, logistics, supply chain management, business or finance. • Multilingual – fluent in English and at least one other language, with international experience from work or studies abroad. • Internationally mobile. • A flexible team player, curious and dedicated, with good communication skills and the ability to inspire others. • A global thinker, eager to learn, who is keen for diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad. Available tracks: Technical Track: It involves working on cutting-edge innovations at our innovation centers, followed by strategic projects at the head office and internationally. Operations Track: It involves working as a Team Lead in a Plant or Tool Service Center or leading a production technology project as Lean Manager or Process Engineer, then move to a regional project focusing on Operational Excellence, and finally take on an international strategic project. You’ll also work on best-in-class products and contribute to sustainability initiatives. Logistics Track: It offers a comprehensive end-to-end experience of the supply chain. Participants will spend time working in materials management, transport management, and warehouse management, followed by strategic project, gaining insights from raw materials to last-mile delivery. Finance Track: It involves diving into the financial backbone of Hilti through rotations in controlling, financial planning, and analysis. You’ll work on strategic finance projects at the head office and internationally, gaining exposure to decision-making processes and business steering at a global level.
