Consulting - Our expertise in the areas of procurement and supply chain management is based on project work in a wide range of industries. Our industry-specific competence centres deal continuously and intensively with current challenges in the industry and develop customised solutions.

Administration - Our Executive Assistants & Office Management team  is the first point of contact for all organizational matters.

Finance & Accounting  - Our Finance & Accounting department is sectioned into Accounting, Tax & Treasury, Controlling, Payroll & Benefits, Legal and Office & Travel Management. All mentioned fields serve an internal service function for a variety of internal customers.

HR Development & Staffing - Our Consulting Staff is supported by a bunch of internal departments that are referred to as our Business Services Team (BST). In the background, those departments steer processes that support the daily consulting business. Almost all BST staff is located in our Cologne office.

People Services - Our People Services team takes care of all INVERTOs from the day you receive an offer until you leave the company and become an alumni. We accompany you in all administrational matters (e.g. your contract, letters of reference, personnel database) and help you navigate our INVERTO benefits and policies. We keep the HR operations going from the entry to the exit process and act as a sparring partner for the Managing Directors and the Leadership Team in the ongoing internationalization of INVERTO.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding - Our TA & EB team has expertise when it comes to finding the right people for the job and communicating what very INVERTO really means.

Knowledge Management & Software Services - The department INVERTO Knowledge Management Service (IKMS) supports the project teams by providing INVERTO knowledge. Therefore, IKMS collects, organizes and shares data and information, which were created during the acquisition and execution of projects. The department Software Services (SWS) supports the project teams with INVERTO’s own software e-contor Sourcing Suite. By using the module e-contor Tender / Auction Management, the demands will be sourced systematically by tenders or auctions.

IT -  Our IT team maintains and takes care of INVERTO’s constantly developing information technology infrastructure, business applications and services, follow modern trends and respond to current IT challenges.

Marketing & Communication  - Our Marketing & Communications team ensures a consistent and attractive appearance of the brand INVERTO and is responsible for press relations, online marketing, publications, events and internal communication based on the intranet.
