What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?
Our young talent are managed at the same level as our permanent employees: they have access to the same training catalog (more than 90% of our employees have been trained last year!) and to many other benefits and events, as well as a regular follow-up during their experience with us.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Yes, we always prioritize our internal talent through our internal mobility process.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
Yes, we have a remote work policy that applies to everyone: 1 month per year wherever you want in Europe, and 1 day minimum per week at your respective office.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Mainly during April-May as well as in October-November, when positions are renewed. But we advise you to always stay tuned to our career site :)
