  • Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?

    A role within the company is guaranteed upon successful completion of the programme. The specific role will depend on the open opportunities available at the time and will align with your skills, interests, and the organization’s needs.

  • Can students and recent graduates work remotely?

    No remote work, but rotation across multiple countries! This is a 24-month programme: first 3 months in a designated plant, the next 6 months in Belgium and Slovenia, and the last 15 months will be back in the initial designated plant.

  • Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
