Across four consecutive stages, you gain hands-on experience in all core business areas – from daily operations and sales to revenue management, performance steering and team leadership. You start close to the customer, build strong commercial skills and progressively take on more responsibility, developing into a confident and results-driven leader. This is not a classroom simulation. It’s a real-life leadership masterclass. You learn how to manage a business, drive revenue, own KPIs and lead people under real market conditions – supported by experienced, high-performing leaders who coach and challenge you along the way. Upon successful completion of the program, you step directly into a guaranteed leadership position as a Branch Manager. No additional applications. No uncertainty.
