Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
Transitioning to a full-time position after your internship depends on two main factors: your performance and the availability of headcount. While predicting future headcount is challenging, our goal is to retain high-performing interns for long-term roles at Uber whenever possible.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
We offer mostly hybrid roles and employees are expected to spend at least 50% time in the office with their teams.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
We have two main internship cohorts: the Winter Cohort, beginning in February, and the Summer Cohort, starting in June or July, depending on the location. Recruitment for these cohorts typically begins 3–6 months prior to the start date.
