At Vattenfall, we know that the future of energy will be shaped by the bright minds of tomorrow. That's why we value our close collaborations with students, graduates and young talents from across the globe.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
We’re always looking for new talent to join us on our journey towards a fossil free future. Whether it’s an internship or writing your thesis, you’ll get the chance to gain invaluable work experience as well as applying your knowledge in a practical setting. We have many opportunities available.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
We want to find the best balance for you and the business whether you’re working at one of our power plants, in an office or remotely. Many of our roles are hybrid, enabling you to work remotely for up to half of the time from home or another preferred location within the countries we operate in.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
The future of energy will be shaped by tomorrow's talents. We have many opportunities available to help students & starters fulfil their potential. One of them is the Vattenfall International Trainee Programme. Trainees start in March and September. Recruitment periods are in Sept-Oct and Jan-Feb.
