Who will you be joining?

The H5 Board Office of Allianz SE is working at the heart of the organization alongside Board members and senior management. The team operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, driving a wide range of high-impact topics across the Group. You will collaborate closely across functions and disciplines as well as with the heads of H5 Business Division, gaining unique insight into enterprise-wide decision-making.

How can you make an impact?

  • You take end-to-end ownership of the team's financial dashboard, operating a reporting solution sourced from SAP data and continuously improving it to ensure transparency, reliability, and strong support for management decision-making
  • You check data quality, identify inconsistencies and actively improve how data is structured, processed and translated into transparent reporting
  • You support ongoing projects by preparing analyses, structuring information and contributing to presentations and documents used by senior stakeholders
  • You take ownership of defined operational tasks and gradually expand your role by contributing to improvements, small projects and cross-team topics
  • You manage and further develop the team's SharePoint environment, ensuring structured information, correctly assigned access rights, and secure external collaboration

What are you made of?

  • You study business mathematics, business informatics or a related field with a strong quantitative focus and have an excellent academic track record
  • You are interested in applying data in a senior management context and are motivated to gain insight into Board-level decision-making and corporate governance
  • You have strong Excel skills and are comfortable working with structured datasets; experience with SAP, databases or reporting tools is an advantage
  • You think in a structured and analytical way, are able to break down complex topics and work reliably across multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • You have very good English skills; German is a plus
  • You are enrolled at a university during the contract period
  • Openness to innovative solutions and interest in modern tools such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
