We’re looking for a Customer Experience Intern who will be the heartbeat of our houses. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to:

What you’ll be doing

  • Community Builder: Create strong relationships with members and be their go-to person from move-in to move-out, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Experience Champion: Deliver top-tier customer experience by solving day-to-day issues in collaboration with maintenance and operations teams.
  • Event Maestro: Plan, budget, and organize engaging events that bring members together and foster a strong sense of community.
  • Data-Driven Guru: Own CSAT & NPS tracking, reporting, and continuously improve the member journey based on insights.
  • Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze member feedback, and work closely with internal teams to enhance the overall experience.
  • Culture Ambassador: Represent the Cohabs spirit on the ground, bringing energy, warmth, and good vibes to every interaction.

What we’re looking for

  • Communication Ninja: Fluent in French with a solid level of English, you’re comfortable engaging with anyone.
  • Organized Multitasker: You juggle multiple priorities effortlessly while keeping a sharp eye on details.
  • Positive Go-Getter: Proactive, hands-on, and always ready to learn and take initiative.
  • Digital Native: Comfortable with social media and basic marketing concepts.
  • Experience Counts: Background in customer experience, hospitality, sales, or similar fields is a plus.
  • Tools Savvy: You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
