Eurazeo Private Debt can offer both investors and portfolio companies a full range of private debt products, such as mezzanine, unitranche and senior loan to suit every situation: transfers of ownership, capital restructuring, delisting, refinancing and growth financing.
ResponsibilitiesEurazeo is seeking a six-month intern to support the monitoring of portfolio companies within the Private Debt team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting financial analyses of portfolio companies based on monthly reporting packages
- Participating in calls and meetings with the management teams of portfolio companies
- Preparing concise memos on company performance and waiver requests
- Contributing to the preparation of valuation committee materials
- Supporting the production of investor reporting
- Performing portfolio analyses (diversification, revenue, leverage, ratings, etc.)
- Collecting and recording reporting data from portfolio companies
Qualifications
- Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master's degree in a top-ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered
- Fluency in English mandatory
- Bilingual profiles are highly valued
- Required qualities: exemplary rigor, strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, a high degree of autonomy, proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team, proactive mindset, and strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.
