Key Responsibilities:
Digital Support
- Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (EMEA regional level).
- Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.
- Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.
- Support the implementation of annual HR processes accross EMEA (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)
- Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).
- Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source
Change Management & Communication (EMEA scope)
- Support the preparation and deployment of change management plans for HR digital initiatives across the EMEA region
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, toolkits, user guides, announcements) to support new processes deployed across the Region
- Contribute to the collection and consolidation of feedback from end-users to improve adoption and address resistance
Profile:
- Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.
- Strong interest in HR technologies and data.
- Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (Excel...)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
