Mission Overview:

As part of the Global HR Digital & Analytics team, the apprentice will contribute to the operational excellence of our HR digital platforms/solutions (mainly SAP SuccessFactors) by providing Level 1 support, ensuring data quality, and coordinating digital initiatives related to master data and referential integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Support

  • Respond to user requests and incidents related to HR digital tools (EMEA regional level).

  • Escalate complex issues to regional or global support teams.

  • Document recurring issues and contribute to FAQ or knowledge base updates.

  • Support the implementation of annual HR processes accross EMEA (Performance Review, Development Review, People Review, etc.)

  • Review, maintain and optimize dropdown lists and referential values (e.g., job titles, locations, cost centers).

  • Collaborate with HR Digital & Analytics team to ensure clean data at the source

Change Management & Communication (EMEA scope)

  • Support the preparation and deployment of change management plans for HR digital initiatives across the EMEA region

  • Contribute to the creation of communication materials (PowerPoint presentations, toolkits, user guides, announcements) to support new processes deployed across the Region

  • Contribute to the collection and consolidation of feedback from end-users to improve adoption and address resistance

Profile:

  • Student in HRIS, Digital HR, Data Management, or related field. Ideally, you have had a successful first experience in this field.

  • Strong interest in HR technologies and data.

  • Excellent knowledge of data bases and data analysis tools (Excel...)

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

  • Fluent in French and English.
