Our HR team is looking for its next International HR Projects Intern starting in January 2027 for 6 months.

Working closely with our VP HR International, our Senior HR Manager International, and local HR Directors, you will gain a very broad knowledge of the different HR functions in a truly international environment. You will contribute to a variety of exciting projects such as onboarding events, recognition programs, international communication initiatives, training rollouts, and recruitment campaigns.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop both your operational and strategic HR skills while collaborating with HR teams and leaders across multiple countries.

ABOUT THE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS UNIT AND ITS HR TEAM

  • The International Business Unit is Curium’s largest division, bringing together 2,100+ employees across Europe, the Middle East, and the Rest of the World (excluding North America).
  • The International HR team oversees a population across 15+ countries and acts daily on deploying and promoting Curium’s International HR strategy, supporting talents, culture and ensuring high-quality employee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Your responsibilities will include:

1. HR Projects, Social and Financial Reporting:

  • Help the HR team with decision-making processes by providing accurate data, computations, and financial information.
  • Contribute to the preparation of key HR and Executive meeting presentations.
  • Support International HR communication and employee engagement initiatives.

2. International HR strategy alignment:

  • Improve cross-country collaboration on key projects related to succession planning, retention, turnover and employer attractiveness.
  • Actively contribute to monthly and quarterly meetings with top executives to present KPIs and global HR strategy.
  • Liaise with HR Directors and Managers across 15+ countries to ensure smooth execution of International HR initiatives.

3. Talent Management

  • Lead the recruitment campaigns for intern and junior profiles, as well as employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage and animate the Curium Intern Community through integration events, after-work and team building.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including the organization of International onboarding sessions.
  • Support the talent review and performance management process with local HR Directors.

Location: Paris (France) or Prague (Czech Republic)

Duration: Starting January 2027 for 6 months

REQUIREMENTS 

Education / Experience(s)

  • Current enrollment in a Master's degree program (preferably focused in Human Resources, or a related field).
  • At least one significant professional experience in HR or another field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Required skills / hard skills

  • English & French: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
