Our Client is a global meal-kit company that delivers pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers' homes, helping them prepare fresh, home-cooked meals with convenience and confidence.

What you'll do 

  • Be the point of contact for customers across the market; 
  • Conduct reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return; 
  • Clarify questions related to the product, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options;  
  • Ensure smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution; 
  • Support quality service delivery aligned with the brand's mission; 
  • Contribute to the achievement of the brand's operational objectives. 

What you'll need 

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Danish (C2); 
  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit; 
  • Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective; 
  • Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information; 
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales (preferred).
