CBRE Norway #swap&share#amazingjourney

This past week, I got the unique opportunity to attend to the Swap and Share program sponsored by CNRE.
My journey brought me to Norway 🇳🇴 where I had the chance to meet with an incredible team.

A special thank you to #ChristianHogebol 😇 who integrated me in his team the whole week.

We both agreed on how much it is important for people to meet in real and to exchange about their best practices and best achievements in order to grow from one each other, even if they are not in the same business line (I would even say that it was a “plus”).

During this week, I had the chance to exchange with:

#Hildehorten about the importance of ESG 💚 and the initiative landlords now take in order to reach green targets,

#Ingriddimeo about workplace 🛠️ in Norway with a focus on how companies try to redesign their premises in order to get their employees back to office,

Jonlien about the office real estate market in Oslo. Its dynamic and evolution really impressed me (average annual take up by about 700.000sqm !).📈 I also was astonish by the fact that the key drivers of the Oslo market seem to be the same as those of the Parisian market. 📊 There are many similarities.

And finally to #Helenmelles, my perfect match. You simply rock ! 🎸 I really enjoyed our talks on life in Norway, and on business for Women in Real Estate. Again, lot’s of similarities with France.


As you can read, hashtag#Swap&Share by CBRE is not just about professional talks and meetings. It is also about human beings getting together to live new experiences and to find joy in this sharing.

This is probably the best learning of this week and is worth everything ❤️❤️❤️
