  Meet Dina from our Audit & Assurance team!

  "Hi, I’m Dina. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business Management. I joined Deloitte in 2024 and currently work in Audit, focusing on Investment Management. It’s been a great fit for me because I’ve always been interested in how businesses operate globally, and this role gives me a solid foundation in both finance and strategy." What do you like about your role in Audit at Deloitte? "What I like most about working in Audit within Investment Management is the constant learning and exposure. The industry is complex and always evolving, so I’m regularly challenged to understand new structures, regulations, and client-specific nuances. It keeps things interesting. I also like that the work has a real impact; you’re helping ensure accuracy and trust in financial reporting, which is fundamental in this sector. While the workload can be demanding at times, I’ve found that it really helps sharpen your skills and build confidence quickly." How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself? "Deloitte offers a solid environment for learning and development, even in the early stages of your career. There’s a wide range of training available, both technical and professional, that really help build a strong foundation. I’ve also gained a lot by being involved in complex topics and seeing how they’re approached in practice. It’s the kind of place where you’re constantly learning, even through day-to-day exposure." 4. What do you usually do outside of working hours? "I try to make the most of my time outside of work by staying active and spending time with people I care about. I love to travel and experience new things, which ties into my passion for learning about different cultures. I also make sure to spend quality time with family and friends. When I’m winding down, I enjoy reading or just relaxing with a good show or some music." 5. What would be the best advice for a student or fresh graduate who wants to join Deloitte? "Be genuinely curious and open to learning. You don’t need to know everything going in; what matters more is your mindset and attitude. Ask questions, show initiative, and be yourself. Deloitte really values people who are eager to grow and bring their own unique perspectives. Also, take time to understand what area of the firm aligns best with your interests. Whether that’s audit, consulting, or something else, the more intentional you are, the better your fit will be."

  Escape the ordinary - Imagine your future in tech

  On 15 May you have a unique chance to test your critical thinking, showcase your problem solving, and leverage the power of networking! Are you up for the challenge?   Working alongside other tech profiles and Deloitte professionals, you will compete in teams as you race against the clock and solve as many puzzle boxes as possible in 75 minutes.   It won’t be all be work, though.   Meet Delphine from the Human Capital team!

  “I've been part of the Deloitte since 2021, right after I finished my studies in Human Management at UCLouvain (Belgium). I'm currently part of the Human Capital team, mainly working on Learning & Development and Change Management projects.”   What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “The absolute best part about my job at Deloitte? The awesome flexibility to work on a different type of projects with various teams. It's a fantastic way to broaden my horizons, delve into different topics, and learn from a mix of personalities, all while striving to exceed our clients' expectations. […]”   How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “[…] Next to this, I must admit that Deloitte has also pushed me out of my comfort zone more times than I can count, which has been more than beneficial for my growth and confidence-building in the past 3 years now.”   What do you usually do outside of working hours?  “When I'm not in the office, you're likely to find me enjoying the great outdoors - running, hiking, and seeking every small dose of vitamin D our beautiful region has to offer 😊 I also love to travel, and, like any good Belgian, I delight spending good moments with friends, especially over a delicious beer!” What would be the best advice for a student who wants to join Deloitte? "Deloitte allows you to work on a wide variety of projects with very different clients. So don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and be curious, because that's when you'll realize your full potential and what you can achieve."

  Meet Nadège from the Public Sector team!

  “Hi, I'm Nadège, and I'm from Belgium. I joined Deloitte in 2019, and I work with the Public Sector team, focusing on ministries and other public entities. Outside of work, I have a huge passion for running, and it keeps me energized and motivated.”   What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “At Deloitte, I thrive on collaborating closely with my clients, understanding and meeting their expectations, organizing working groups, and committing myself to the continuous improvement of public services.”   How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “At Deloitte, I grow through collaborative teamwork with clients and colleagues, exposure to diverse projects, and continuous learning opportunities. Access to mentorship and regular feedback ensures my ongoing development and keeps me at the forefront of industry trends.”   Can you share with us an anecdote from your professional experience?  “I recently had the opportunity to present the results of a project our team conducted in front of two different ministers (education and transport). It was an incredible experience showcasing our collaborative efforts and the positive impact our work could have on public services. The presentation went smoothly, and it was rewarding to see the ministers' appreciation for our hard work and dedication.” What's your top tip for young people interested in starting a career at Deloitte? "My top tip for young people interested in starting a career at Deloitte is to apply with an open mind. Embrace the opportunity to learn from others, and take the best qualities and practices from everyone you work with. This mindset will help you grow and succeed within the firm."
