  Meet Andrea from our Banking team!

  “Originally from vibrant Madrid, Spain, I kickstarted my career fresh out of university with a degree in International Business Administration—split between Spain and the US. My first consulting gig took me to Luxembourg, a tiny country I’d barely heard of before but quickly grew to love. After a fun couple of years, I swapped European charm for sunny Australia to keep the consulting adventure going. Eventually, the pull of Europe (and probably better coffee) brought me back to Luxembourg, where I’ve been with Deloitte for four years now. This second stint here has been both rewarding and busy—especially since I’ve welcomed two amazing baby girls into the family! I’m just back from my second maternity leave and excited to meet all the new faces around here. PS: You can see here a picture of me casually paragliding, which is something I do on my day to day (just kidding!)” What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “What do I prefer at Deloitte? I love how dynamic the job is—no two days are the same, which keeps me on my toes and way away from boredom. Plus, getting a sneak peek behind the scenes of so many different organizations is fascinating. It’s pretty rewarding to know that through our projects, I get to help make those organizations better. It’s like being a business detective and a fixer all in one!” How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “The greatest thing about Deloitte is the brilliant people that work here. I’m lucky to be surrounded by such a diverse and talented group of colleagues, so much so that I often remind myself of this quote: “If you’re the smartest person in the room, you’re in the wrong room.” Well, at Deloitte, I’m definitely in the right room! Every day is a chance to learn something new from amazing professionals. Plus, Deloitte’s formal training programs are like the cherry on top—perfect for picking up new skills or sharpening the ones I already have. It’s a great combo that keeps me growing both personally and professionally.” What do you usually do outside of working hours? “Outside of work, I love and used to do a lot of reading, catching up with friends over coffee or dinner, Pilates, and going to the cinema. These days, I’m running a bit short in time to do all those things, but I’m eager to pick them up again soon! For now, with two little cuties keeping me on my toes, you’ll probably find me at the park or fully embracing the world of princess dress-ups—and honestly, I’m loving it! Traveling and exploring new places is my passion, and while the pace is a bit slower now, I’m still making those adventures happen with my kids in town.”

  Welcome Day October 2025

  We host two Welcome Days at Deloitte Luxembourg every month. That’s 24 a year! And each one is truly special, shaped by the diverse group of new colleagues who join our team. The latest edition began with a delicious breakfast designed to foster meaningful introductions and connections. The day continued with insightful presentations and speeches, showcasing our core values, work culture, and collaborative spirit. In addition, a building tour and fun ice-breaking activities encouraged more bonding. Finally, everyone got to meet their DBuddy, a personal guide ready to onboard them into their respective teams. Since September, we have onboarded more than 200 new colleagues, all who have been warmly welcomed into their teams—teams that will innovate and collaborate to shape our future together. 👏 Join us in welcoming these professionals as they embark on this their new chapter in their careers.

It’s a nice place to slow down, recharge, and connect with your colleagues. 🐕 Walk a dog, make a difference A local animal association offers volunteers the chance to take dogs for walks in the park. It is a meaningful way to support animal welfare, engage with the community, and enjoy the outdoors at the same time. 🌿 Achieve work-life balance Having a park within walking distance from our offices allows our colleagues to support their personal and professional well-being whether through physical activity, time to unwind, or engaging in community activities.   In 2025, we are proudly celebrating 75 years of presence in Luxembourg. What started in the 1950s as a modest firm known as “l’Agence” has grown alongside the country’s rise as a financial hub.   Nexus event 2025

  This week’s Nexus event (is a major annual tech event in Luxembourg focused on digital and green transitions, innovation, and sustainability) was a thrilling showcase of Deloitte Luxembourg’s talent, creativity, and teamwork – and ACG was right at the heart of it all. The Tech & Digital service line worked closely with a cross-Firm task force to deliver a truly wow experience. Noteworthy highlights include the AI & Data team, who impressed attendees with smart, accessible talks that brought the power of data and AI to life. Meanwhile, Cybersecurity experts engaged participants with interactive sessions focused on protecting what matters most in a digital world. The Innovation team energized our booth with bold new artifacts, proving that breakthrough thinking happens when diverse expertise comes together. But Nexus was truly a collective success, with colleagues throughout the Firm joining forces to deliver an inspiring, seamless experience for clients and participants alike. Nexus 2025 reminded us: by working together, Advisory & Consulting can shape the future today. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event unforgettable!
