  Meet Eva from our Human Capital Team!

  Je m'appelle Eva et je suis Consultante au sein de l'équipe Human Capital Advisory Services (HCAS) chez Deloitte Luxembourg. Originaire de Belgique, j'ai rejoint Deloitte en septembre 2023 dans le cadre de mon stage de fin d'études en Master en Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Ce qui devait être une première expérience professionnelle s'est rapidement transformé en une véritable aventure. Après mon stage, j'ai eu l'opportunité de rejoindre l'équipe en CDI et d'évoluer vers un poste de Consultante l'année suivante. Au quotidien, j'accompagne principalement nos clients dans leurs projets de Learning & Development, notamment à travers la conception de parcours de formation, de contenus e-learning et d'initiatives liées au développement des compétences. Ce que j'aime particulièrement dans mon métier, c'est réussir à transformer des sujets parfois très techniques en expériences d'apprentissage accessibles, engageantes et utiles pour les apprenants.   Qu'est-ce qui te plaît le plus dans ton rôle chez Deloitte ? La diversité des missions, sans hésiter. Au quotidien, je peux aussi bien accompagner un client dans la conception d'un parcours de formation, développer un module e-learning ou contribuer à un projet de développement des compétences. J'ai également la chance d'intervenir sur des Assessment Centers, un exercice que j'apprécie particulièrement. Observer les candidats, échanger avec eux et accompagner les managers dans leurs décisions de recrutement est une expérience à la fois enrichissante et stimulante. Cette variété me permet de développer des compétences très différentes, de la gestion de projet à la relation client, en passant par l'animation d'ateliers et l'évaluation des talents. C'est ce qui rend mon quotidien aussi intéressant : chaque projet est une nouvelle occasion d'apprendre.   Comment Deloitte t'accompagne dans ton évolution ? Depuis mon arrivée, Deloitte m'a donné l'opportunité de grandir rapidement et de prendre progressivement davantage de responsabilités. J'ai eu la chance de travailler sur des projets variés, avec des clients et des équipes aux profils différents, ce qui m'a permis de développer mes compétences tout en gagnant en autonomie. J'apprécie particulièrement la confiance accordée dès le début de carrière et la possibilité de contribuer à des initiatives internes en parallèle des missions clients. Chaque expérience m'a permis d'apprendre quelque chose de nouveau et de continuer à construire mon parcours de consultante.   Que fais-tu généralement en dehors des heures de travail ? En dehors du travail, je suis plutôt du genre à difficilement rester en place ! Je joue au tennis, je vais régulièrement à la salle de sport et j'essaie d'intégrer une séance de Pilates à ma semaine dès que possible. J'adore également voyager et découvrir de nouvelles destinations. J'aime autant explorer de beaux paysages, découvrir l'architecture et la culture d'un endroit que profiter d'une terrasse autour d'un bon repas et d'un verre de vin local 😉. Enfin, je profite de mon temps libre pour retrouver mes amis et ma famille. Pour moi, les meilleurs moments restent souvent les plus simples : un bon repas, un concert ou une soirée à refaire le monde.   Ton meilleur conseil pour une personne qui souhaite rejoindre Deloitte ? Soyez curieux et osez saisir les opportunités. Chez Deloitte, on apprend énormément, mais il faut aussi être prêt à sortir de sa zone de confort. N'hésitez pas à poser des questions, à partager vos idées et à vous impliquer dans les projets qui vous intéressent. On n'attend pas de vous que vous ayez toutes les réponses dès le premier jour. Ce qui fait la différence, c'est votre envie d'apprendre, votre motivation et votre capacité à collaborer avec les autres.   Meet Ménaïs from the Banking Consulting team!

  My name is Menais Bruant-Solska, I am French , and I am a Senior Consultant within the Business Transformation- Banking team. After spending some months working in UK and France (Paris and Sophia Antipolis), I moved in Luxembourg in 2021 with the intention of staying six months and… here I am today, almost five years later. In this timeframe at Deloitte, I have covered more topics than I actually thought would be possible. I started with banking sustainability topics – at an early stage, before SFDR was fully applied – and quickly pivoted to new areas including CRS, Payments, modernization of the European market infrastructure, and (Avaloq) Core Banking System implementation. Currently (and that is why you might not see me often at the office), I am on a CBS engagement in Monaco and have been there for about a year.”   What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “My favorite part of Deloitte is definitely my colleagues. Over the past years, I have had the chance and pleasure to work with people from different geographies, seniority levels, and areas of expertise. This cohesion is definitely our strength at Deloitte, enabling us to create synergies and deliver quality work, even when deadlines and clients can be challenging.”   How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “I have a strong appetite for entrepreneurship, before joining Deloitte, I worked in several Fintechs in Paris and took part in several Hackathons in France, as a participant but also as a coach. At Deloitte, I recognize this “entrepreneurial spirit” pushing us to do the extra-mile, because we have the opportunity, outside of engagements with clients, to directly contribute to firm initiatives and to propose our ideas from day one. As a member of the CYP (Council of Young Professionals) during my first years at Deloitte, I had the chance early in my career to see my ideas come to life.”   What do you usually do outside of working hours?  “I am a big fan of sports and outside of working hours, you will probably see me training, whether it is dance classes (I used to be part of a dance company in France), going to the gym, or going for a run. When I am not doing that, you will probably see me spending time with close friends and family. I am also an active member of several charities and try to dedicate time whenever I can. For example, you might see me volunteering to walk dogs at the animal shelter next to Deloitte during my lunch break or on Saturday afternoons. And I also like trying new activities — my latest ones are skydiving and via ferrata 😊”

  Meet Stefany from the Cyber team!

  “Before joining Deloitte Luxembourg as a Personal Assistant, I worked as a medical secretary in Brussels. Moving to Deloitte was a great opportunity to challenge myself and discover a new sector, while continuing in a profession I truly enjoy; supporting people and helping teams operate efficiently. Outside of work, I love travelling and discovering new cultures, and I’ve already been lucky enough to experience many wonderful trips (Namibia, Jordan, Japan, USA,…). In my free time, I enjoy cooking, creative workshops, video games, and especially reading — I can easily spend hours immersed in a book without noticing the time pass. At home, I also have a rather unusual little companion, a ferret, who definitely keeps life entertaining and full of love!” What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “What I enjoy the most in my role at Deloitte is the variety of tasks and the fact that no two days are really the same. I like being able to support different people and help things run smoothly behind the scenes. It’s also a great environment to keep learning and discovering new ways of working.”   How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “Since joining Deloitte and moving into a new environment, I’m challenged every day in the best way. The variety of tasks in my role as a Personal Assistant, along with the opportunity to work closely with both Partners and team members, allows me to see things from many different perspectives. Supporting four Partners and collaborating with several teams also gives me insight into how we work with clients, which I find really interesting. It’s a great way to learn, gain new perspectives, and keep growing both professionally and personally.”   Can you share with us an anecdote from your professional experience? “One funny memory from my time in the ENT department at the hospital is helping doctors in the emergency room with children who had… put things in their noses (beads, food, hair clips, tomato seeds, even pieces of foam balls). My job was often to hold the little patients still while the doctors worked — not always easy, and definitely a test of patience and creativity! It was chaotic, a bit funny, and definitely memorable.”

  Meet Federico from the Banking Team

  "I’m Federico (Fede), a Consultant at Deloitte, working in the Business Transformation team. I mainly work on banking topics, with a focus on improving how organizations operate and make decisions, currently around governance, prioritization, and delivering change effectively. I’m originally from Milan and decided to come here following my studies in Venice and Madrid. I first discovered Deloitte through the Consulting Open Days and was immediately drawn to the people and the international environment, which ultimately convinced me to make the move. I’m also recently back from a six-month unpaid leave, during which I backpacked around Asia, where among other things I saw the Great Wall of China, climbed a volcano in Indonesia, and even visited the border with North Korea. Outside of work, I love going to the cinema, exploring new hobbies (currently learning Uku Lele and Photography) and sailing/diving/skiing whenever I can.” What do you prefer in your activity at Deloitte?  “I really enjoy building genuine connections with our clients and seeing that the work we do actually helps them move forward. I also like that every project is different, so I’m constantly learning and adapting. And of course, working with smart and cool people makes the experience even better!” How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself?  “Deloitte helps me grow through constant exposure to new challenges, industries, and ways of working. I always learn something from the talented people around me, and every project pushes me to improve both my technical skills and how I communicate with stakeholders.” Can you share with us an anecdote from your professional experience?  “One of my most memorable moments was during a project in Boston, Massachusetts, when our client invited us to his home for a barbecue with his family. It was a really nice reminder of how important client relationships are, including the ones outside the usual working environment."
