Welcome Day October 2025
We host two Welcome Days at Deloitte Luxembourg every month. That’s 24 a year! And each one is truly special, shaped by the diverse group of new colleagues who join our team. The latest edition began with a delicious breakfast designed to foster meaningful introductions and connections. The day continued with insightful presentations and speeches, showcasing our core values, work culture, and collaborative spirit. In addition, a building tour and fun ice-breaking activities encouraged more bonding. Finally, everyone got to meet their DBuddy, a personal guide ready to onboard them into their respective teams. Since September, we have onboarded more than 200 new colleagues, all who have been warmly welcomed into their teams—teams that will innovate and collaborate to shape our future together. 👏 Join us in welcoming these professionals as they embark on this their new chapter in their careers.

With open green spaces, walking paths, water features, and multiple seating areas, the park is ideal for runs, walks, and moments of relaxation under the sun. 🧺 Relax, recharge, reconnect On warmer days, Deloitte teams often enjoy casual picnics or coffee chats in the park. It’s a nice place to slow down, recharge, and connect with your colleagues. 🐕 Walk a dog, make a difference A local animal association offers volunteers the chance to take dogs for walks in the park. It is a meaningful way to support animal welfare, engage with the community, and enjoy the outdoors at the same time. 🌿 Achieve work-life balance Having a park within walking distance from our offices allows our colleagues to support their personal and professional well-being whether through physical activity, time to unwind, or engaging in community activities. 75th anniversary !
In 2025, we are proudly celebrating 75 years of presence in Luxembourg. What started in the 1950s as a modest firm known as “l’Agence” has grown alongside the country’s rise as a financial hub. Now with over 2,700 professionals, Deloitte Luxembourg continues to evolve, driven by agility, expertise, and a commitment to our clients' and society’s greatest challenges. As we mark this milestone, we honor our legacy and look ahead with the same entrepreneurial spirit and purpose that defined our beginnings.
Nexus event 2025
This week’s Nexus event (is a major annual tech event in Luxembourg focused on digital and green transitions, innovation, and sustainability) was a thrilling showcase of Deloitte Luxembourg’s talent, creativity, and teamwork – and ACG was right at the heart of it all. The Tech & Digital service line worked closely with a cross-Firm task force to deliver a truly wow experience. Noteworthy highlights include the AI & Data team, who impressed attendees with smart, accessible talks that brought the power of data and AI to life. Meanwhile, Cybersecurity experts engaged participants with interactive sessions focused on protecting what matters most in a digital world. The Innovation team energized our booth with bold new artifacts, proving that breakthrough thinking happens when diverse expertise comes together. But Nexus was truly a collective success, with colleagues throughout the Firm joining forces to deliver an inspiring, seamless experience for clients and participants alike. Nexus 2025 reminded us: by working together, Advisory & Consulting can shape the future today. Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this event unforgettable!

👏 Congratulations to everyone who rallied for #Relais2025Lux ! 👟 Over two days our colleagues clocked kilometers while raising funds and awareness for a good cause, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💪 Whether directly or indirectly, it is rare to find someone who hasn’t been affected by cancer in some way. Our commitment to Relais pour la Vie reflects that advancing scientific research remains important to our community. Thank you to our people for standing in solidarity against cancer.
Meet Dina from our Audit & Assurance team!
"Hi, I’m Dina. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in International Business Management. I joined Deloitte in 2024 and currently work in Audit, focusing on Investment Management. It’s been a great fit for me because I’ve always been interested in how businesses operate globally, and this role gives me a solid foundation in both finance and strategy." What do you like about your role in Audit at Deloitte? "What I like most about working in Audit within Investment Management is the constant learning and exposure. The industry is complex and always evolving, so I’m regularly challenged to understand new structures, regulations, and client-specific nuances. It keeps things interesting. I also like that the work has a real impact; you’re helping ensure accuracy and trust in financial reporting, which is fundamental in this sector. While the workload can be demanding at times, I’ve found that it really helps sharpen your skills and build confidence quickly." How does Deloitte help you grow/develop yourself? "Deloitte offers a solid environment for learning and development, even in the early stages of your career. There’s a wide range of training available, both technical and professional, that really help build a strong foundation. I’ve also gained a lot by being involved in complex topics and seeing how they’re approached in practice. It’s the kind of place where you’re constantly learning, even through day-to-day exposure." 4. What do you usually do outside of working hours? "I try to make the most of my time outside of work by staying active and spending time with people I care about. I love to travel and experience new things, which ties into my passion for learning about different cultures. I also make sure to spend quality time with family and friends. When I’m winding down, I enjoy reading or just relaxing with a good show or some music." 5. What would be the best advice for a student or fresh graduate who wants to join Deloitte? "Be genuinely curious and open to learning. You don’t need to know everything going in; what matters more is your mindset and attitude. Ask questions, show initiative, and be yourself. Deloitte really values people who are eager to grow and bring their own unique perspectives. Also, take time to understand what area of the firm aligns best with your interests. Whether that’s audit, consulting, or something else, the more intentional you are, the better your fit will be."
