Meet Chloé from the IM & Alternatives team!

I joined Deloitte 2 years ago and am leading the Regulatory Support & Operations team. My role consists of supporting clients, both internal and external, in navigating through their regulatory landscape.

As a person, I am driven by a desire to learn and go out of my comfort zone which translate overall in my professional and private life.

Professionally, I transitioned from criminal law studies to the investment fund business, mastering complex topics along the way.

Transitioning to Deloitte marked a significant career shift after 12 years in a Central Administration.

My legal background and eagerness to learn proved invaluable in this challenge but I am mostly fortunate to work with a wonderful team of talents who helps me and our client thrive.

From a personal standpoint, I share my life with a partner from India and together navigating a rich multicultural environment. Our journey of mutual understanding, especially in raising our two kids, underscores my belief in the profound benefits of continuous learning..”

What cause is important to you and why?

“8 years ago, my parents and a few friends decided to create an event as part of “Pink October”.

They started with a small race organised in the village and invited some of their friends and neighbours. The initiative spread out very quickly and received a lot of support.

Over the years the event has continued to grow. In 2023, la “Landasienne d’Octobre rose” attracted more than 4,000 participants for various races and walks and the association was able to donate 11,000 euros to support the fight against breast cancer.

I am incredibly proud of my parents for what they have accomplished.

It is a wonderful event that bring together families and friends in a fun and warm atmosphere, typical of my birth place. The event serves as a platform to bring awareness about breast cancer and its detection method. It also conveys a message of hope and support and hope for those who are fighting the cancer

So… if you do not know what to do the third weekend of October 2024, there is certainly a race or a walk tailored for you in a small town in the north of France called Landas!”
