  🚑 Safety in action.

  Teams from Eurofins ADME Bioanalyses, part of the Eurofins BioPharma Services network in France, hosted a first aid training session, allowing colleagues to obtain their Workplace First Aid certification. This certification equips them with the essential skills and actions to respond effectively in emergency situations, helping to create a safer working environment for all. Well done to everyone who received their Workplace First Aid certification! It’s events like these that help create safer and healthier workplaces.

  🌈 Positive energy and a shared message

  To mark Pride Month, a global celebration in June that promotes inclusion, equality and the freedom for everyone to be themselves, some of our teams organised colourful activities with a powerful message.   Following their attainment of Gold Pride Champion status on the UHLALA Group’s PRIDE Champion Index for 2025 earlier this year, Eurofins Umwelt Deutschland continues to demonstrate its commitment to cultivating an inclusive environment for all employees with its latest initiative. The team was treated to rainbow donuts accompanied by pins emblazoned with empowering messages, transforming a simple coffee break into a powerful statement anchored in celebrating diversity and amplifying LGBTIQ+ topics in the workplace. In Braga, Portugal, teams from the Eurofins Shared Service Centre organised a colourful walk and run to celebrate Pride Month. Dressed in vibrant T-shirts and embracing healthy habits, colleagues carried their message of inclusion and belonging every step of the way.   These events highlight our teams' dedication to fostering an equitable and accepting workplace for all – a key priority of all Eurofins companies.

  🌍 When passion meets purpose!

  Nathan Pollard, Graduate Research Agronomist in the Agroscience Field Service department of Eurofins | Kalyx in New Zealand, blends his love for the outdoors with a passion for creating a more sustainable future. Agriculture was a natural career choice for Nathan: “I am outdoor orientated and thoroughly enjoy working towards creating a better future in a sustainable manner.” What does his role entail? Alongside his team, he assesses emerging agricultural products for crop health to determine their efficacy. 🌾He shares: “Trials don’t just give us numbers - they are also a chance to learn. In one trial on powdery mildew, a common plant disease that shows up as a white, dusty coating on leaves, we found two different forms of it. One looked quite unusual and even resembled another disease, downy mildew, which needs a completely different approach to treat. Spotting these differences in the field helps us better understand what’s going on and make more informed decisions about how to manage it.” What drives Nathan to continue growing in his role? With his horticultural science education, he can take practical steps towards safeguarding the environment, allowing him to continue enjoying the outdoors beyond his work.   💚 Celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month

  💚 Teams across companies in the Eurofins Forensic Services network in the United Kingdom showed their support for Mental Health Awareness Month with creativity and strong team spirit! To mark the month-long awareness campaign, team members took part in various activities each with a common green theme in recognition of ‘Wear it Green Day’. Together, they showed solidarity by wearing green in the workplace, baking and sharing green-themed treats and taking moments to check in with one another. Team members were also proud to support the Mental Health Foundation, a local charity focused on mental health awareness, by raising money to support their vital work in preventing mental health problems and promoting wellbeing across the UK. 🌟 Here’s to everyone who got involved to highlight how small actions can make a big difference.

  ⚽ Football shirts, team spirit, and a common goal.

  Colleagues from across the Eurofins network in Norway took part in ‘Football Shirt Friday’, a national initiative by the Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society, designed to collect donations and show solidarity. For each team member who came to work wearing a football shirt, a donation was placed. Thanks to their efforts, the team raised nearly €1,000 for the campaign. It’s events like these that highlight how a simple initiative can bring people together and make a real difference. Here’s to everyone who participated and contributed!

  🏃 Team spirit, determination and a moment to be proud of!

  🌟 Here’s to the teams from the Eurofins Environment Testing Spain network of laboratories who took part in the Granada Half Marathon in Granada, Spain. Wearing their team colours, colleagues enjoyed staying active together while strengthening team bonds. Cheering friends and family waving flags along the route made the atmosphere especially memorable. 🌱 Events like these keep team connections strong while building active habits together.

  🔬 Curious to see how stepping into a new environment can spark fresh insights?

  Meet Corinna Perschbacher, General Management Trainee at Eurofins Lab4more, part of the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services network in Germany. A typical day includes various projects that contribute to the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services’ mission of providing the highest quality healthcare at every stage of patient care. She shares: “As a general management trainee, I get to work on a wide range of topics every day which makes this role especially exciting.” During a visit to two other laboratories belonging to the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics Services network in Germany, she gained insight into the day-to-day processes and how that relates to her usual site of operations. The open discussions on challenges, best practices and different approaches between the locations were particularly valuable. Thanks to her role as general management trainee and the laboratory visits, she has deepened her insight into clinical diagnostics and complementary medicine. Reflecting on her journey so far, she mentions: “By tackling a wide variety of challenges, I have strengthened my versatility and developed a strong can-do attitude.” 🌍 Here’s to Corinna for embracing each opportunity to learn, stay curious and better contribute to creating a safer, healthier environment!
