Cette semaine, nos stagiaires et alternants ont participé à un atelier Café Carrière, un moment dédié pour prendre du recul et retravailler leur CV avec l’équipe RH.

Pendant une heure, chacun est venu avec son CV et nous les avons analysés ensemble. L’objectif était simple : échanger, ajuster et mieux comprendre ce qui rend un CV clair et efficace du point de vue d’un recruteur.

Nous avons également partagé notre vision en tant qu’équipe RH. Quelles informations doivent ressortir ? Comment présenter ses expériences ? Qu’est-ce qui rend un CV lisible et impactant ?

L’idée n’était pas de tout refaire, mais d’améliorer l’existant et d’aider chacun à mieux mettre en valeur son parcours, de manière plus claire et structurée.

Parce qu’au final, ce sont souvent les petits détails qui font la différence. Un titre plus précis, des missions mieux expliquées, une structure plus lisible…

Le but de cet atelier est de donner à nos jeunes talents les clés pour se présenter avec confiance, et repartir avec un CV plus clair, plus solide et en phase avec les attentes des recruteurs.

This week, our interns and apprentices joined a Career Café workshop, a dedicated moment to step back and work on their CV with the HR team.

During this one-hour session, everyone brought their CV and we reviewed them together. The idea was simple: discuss, adjust, and better understand what makes a CV clear and effective from a recruiter’s perspective.

We also shared what we, as an HR team, expect when reading a CV. What information should stand out? How should experiences be presented? What makes a CV easy to read and impactful?

It wasn’t about starting from scratch, but about improving what already exists and helping each participant highlight their experience in a clearer and more structured way.

Because in the end, small changes can make a real difference. A clearer title, more precise descriptions, or a better structure can completely change how a CV is perceived.

The goal of this workshop is to give our young talents the right tools to present themselves with confidence and leave with a CV that is clearer, stronger, and closer to what recruiters are looking for.
