Vestacy was created following a carve‑out from the Reckitt group and is now owned by Advent International. As we enter this new chapter, we carry forward decades of heritage, category expertise, and consumer trust, while gaining the agility and focus of an independent company.

We operate across several divisions within the home care sector — Pest, Surface, Laundry, and Aircare — and manage a portfolio of strong, well‑established brands such as Air Wick, Cillit Bang, Saint Marc, Calgon, Destop, Mortein, and many others.
