Randstad Youngtalents

Our ambition: to prepare students for tomorrow's job market!

Since 2012, Randstad Young Talents has been bridging the gap between companies and student job seekers/first-time job applicants by offering students side jobs that match their studies, as well as positions for a first job. With remarkable results! Launched within the Economics and Management Sciences faculty at KU Leuven, the initiative has spread to several other faculties and also to the universities UAntwerpen, UGent, UHasselt.

And since September 2016, it's with HEC Liège that Randstad Young Talents has started a new collaboration.

In addition to its innovative principle, Randstad Young Talents has a number of other unique features. The main ones? A personal, local, on-campus service.

A Randstad consultant is present one day a week at HEC to carry out the following tasks:

• accompany final-year students towards the job market
• offer students work-related jobs during their studies, so that they can familiarize themselves with the job market at an early stage and enrich their C. V.
• accompany young graduates towards the job market, so that the job placement is more differentiated and more in line with talents and expectations.
