  Yes, it's possible to progress to a full-time position after completing an internship/apprenticeship and we already have a lot of success stories! But it's important to note that not all internships/apprenticeships guarantee a full-time job as it depends on the company's needs and your performance.

• Kan studerende og nyuddannede arbejde hjemmefra?

  Yes, part of ! Back Makers are allowed to work remotely up to 2 days per week and one week per quarter. Monday is "Mondaytory". It ensures that all Back Makers can gather and meet at least 3 days during the week, to have live meetings, coffee talks...

• Er der tidpunkter på året, hvor jeres virksomhed har særligt travlt i forbindelse med rekruttering?

  Yes ! Back Market is onboarding students twice a year – in January/February and in July/August for 6-months internships or in September for apprenticeships.
