What does #DreamInDior mean for you?

For me #DreamInDior means being totally immersed in the world of Christian Dior Couture. It is seeing the signs everywhere and deep diving into this magic universe. I discovered the history of Christian Dior through the wonderful storytelling of the House, by people who are passionate and inspiring. DreamInDior means that you are deeply touched by the history of the House and that every day you work to bring it to life!

What amazes you the most in your work?

I think it is the accessibility and humility of every member of the House. Everyone is kind and permits you to discover their world. Every department of the House is interesting and it is pleasant to discuss the roles and missions of the experts working on it.

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

I grew thanks to Dior because I faced several challenges that I had never been through before. I was very well supported and helped by a wonderful team to overcome these challenges and get out of my comfort zone.
This included speaking in front of large audiences, organising big events for the company's early talents, or presenting and representing the company on my own in schools.

Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?

Without a doubt, the person I rely on the most is my manager, Conor O’Sullivan. His expertise ensures that I consistently receive insightful answers to any questions I may have, and I feel comfortable seeking his assistance. Conor is not only willing to offer guidance whenever needed, but he also encourages me to take initiative and push myself, facilitating my personal and professional growth. Undoubtedly, he’s the best manager!
