For me, #DreamInDior means having the opportunity to grow within a House that inspires me every day. It means learning from passionate, curious people who are driven by excellence, and realising that you are part of something you have always secretly dreamed of having. What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me most is that at Dior, everything is focused on precision and excellence, even in the smallest details. In my role, I see every day how much coordination is required to ensure that a collection arrives in stores at the right time, in the right quantities and with the right balance between countries. Behind each piece, there is a whole chain of people working together with the same level of care that goes into the design itself. That's what I find fascinating, the idea that logistics and creativity come together and that both are essential for Dior to remain the house of dreams. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior helps me grow by putting me in situations that force me to think differently and act more quickly. With the pace of Fashion Weeks, new collections and seasons, I have learned to stay organised and calm even when everything is moving very fast. Every project teaches me something new, whether it's how to anticipate better, improve a process or understand how all the links in the chain fit together. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? I rely heavily on my manager Margaux, who gives me the freedom to learn and always takes the time to explain things to me when I need it. It's easier to take on challenges when you know you're surrounded by people who trust you and encourage you to ask questions and be curious. Everyone in the Supply Chain team is attentive and kind, and it's so nice to go to work in this kind of environment. I have always dreamt of Dior. As a little girl passionate about fashion, especially haute couture, I used to imagine the gowns, the shows, and the dreamlike world surrounding them. “Dream in Dior” represents that childhood fascination, but also the moment it became real when I had the chance to experience it from within. From working at the show to being in the offices and witnessing the creative energy that drives everything, I felt part of the dream I had admired for so long. What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me the most in my work is everything that happens behind the scenes, especially in the moments leading up to a show. There’s a unique energy that comes from seeing so many people working together with the same passion and precision. The attention to every detail, the teamwork, and the anticipation before everything comes to life on the runway truly inspire me, it’s where the magic of fashion begins. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Dior helps me grow every day through the people I work with. My team constantly inspires me with their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. They guide me, trust me with responsibilities, and allow me to learn through experience, even when I make mistakes. Each day is an opportunity to improve, understand more about the brand’s standards of excellence, and grow both personally and professionally. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  When I face challenges, I rely on my team, Claudia Peral (e-Influence Manager), Dawei Yang (Chargé d'e-influence), Nisrine Aoudi (Worldwide e-Influence Coordinator) and Aïssétou Dembele (Worldwide e-Influence Coordinator), the four incredible people I work with every day. Each of them brings their own expertise, perspective, and support, and together they help me navigate difficult situations. Whether it’s offering advice, sharing their experience, or simply encouraging me, they make challenges feel manageable and turn them into opportunities to learn and grow. Dior helps me grow by surrounding me with passionate peoples in a dynamic environment.   Meet Patricia Diogo, an Assistant Project Manager, Events & CSR at Christian Dior Couture, and discover the behind-the-scenes of her #DreamInDior experience. What does #DreamInDior mean for you? Ever since I could remember, I’ve always been amazed by the world of luxury. Delicate, intemporal, beautiful work of art. I wasn’t really that one person manifesting that I would one day work in what seemed like this unreachable world. I don’t feel like I was destined for it, but still here I am today looking back and feeling like one of the luckiest people alive. Being given the opportunity to delve into this magic environment that is Christian Dior Couture has awakened the child living inside of me. Everyday is an adventure, a rollercoaster of emotions! I’ve had the chance to explore Monsieur Dior’s wonderful universe, and I deeply admire his determination and passion that is still beautifully carried on by his successors. Dream in Dior is a belief, an attitude, a way of living this magical experience and I can’t wait to see what’s coming next! What amazes you the most in your work? I’m very lucky to be able to work closely with UNESCO, my very first employer. I feel like what we do at Dior, especially the Women@Dior & UNESCO program is a great representation of Monsieur Dior’s vision for the Maison: inspire, teach and empower women so they can come out of their shell, break the glass ceiling and let their talents and ambition shine through! As a Mentee of the program myself, I am truly grateful to be given the opportunity to contribute to this beautiful cause of women empowerment, as it is unfortunately more and more questioned nowadays. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Being an ‘International Organization Baby,’ meaning that I had the immense chance to work for international organizations in the past only, I made my very first step into the corporate world at Dior, and what a step! Dior has helped me grow on a professional level, teaching every there is to know about luxury standards, how to evolve in an exigent environment, and how to honor such a great man’s vision and mission as Monsieur Christian Dior. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  Everyday is a challenge. Dealing with young women can be both deeply rewarding and extremely challenging. I am lucky to be surrounded by great colleagues and mentors on a daily basis. First my manager Sena, who reached out to me when I needed it the most and trusted me ever since to assist her on a daily basis. Then, Isabelle Faggianelli who’s been nothing but great and caring to me since I joined her team back in July. My great Women@Dior Mentor Yelena Babillotte with whom I created a one-of-a-kind connection on both a professional and a personal level.
