To me, #DreamInDior means having the chance to grow, learn, and contribute within a House where desirability, creativity, are part of the everyday. It’s about being surrounded by people who push boundaries while staying true to strong human values. What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me the most is how deeply business-driven our work is. From implementing omnichannel and digital initiatives to analyzing boutique performance across countries and regions, every project has a measurable impact. I find it incredibly rewarding to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to strategic decisions that shape the retail experience worldwide. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?  Dior empowers me by giving me trust and responsibility early on. I joined the House at 19 as a Global Talent Assistant, and I now work within the Worldwide Retail Performance team. Each day is a new opportunity to collaborate across departments, and countries and better understand the Maison’s strategic vision. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?  I rely on my team, a group of passionate and dedicated people who bring diverse perspectives and energy to everything we do. In challenging moments, we listen, share ideas, and find solutions together. That sense of collaboration and trust is what makes the experience at Dior so unique and empowering. What does #DreamInDior mean for you? To me, #DreamInDior is about constantly pushing boundaries and making dreams come true. It means waking up every day excited to contribute to a Maison I have admired for years. It’s the daily joy of learning more about Monsieur Dior’s vision while being part of something truly timeless. What amazes you the most in your work?  What amazes me the most is the Maison’s relentless attention to the client experience. From the atmosphere in the boutique to the smallest details, everything is designed to create a unique moment. The constant evolution of our projects, especially since the pandemic, shows how adaptable and forward-thinking the brand is. I’m fascinated by how the retail world reinvents itself every day. Every project is an opportunity to bring something new and magical to life, and that constant innovation is truly inspiring. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Working at Dior has made me understand what truly drives me. I have discovered that passion is at the core of meaningful work. What excites me the most about my work is the human connection it brings. Each day, I get to engage with a variety of people, including journalists, stylists, and colleagues from marketing and digital teams. Being able to discuss remarkable pieces from our collections, share them with stylists around the world, and then see those pieces featured in magazines a few weeks later is incredibly inspiring and makes my experience even more rewarding. I’m truly grateful to have seized this opportunity, which, as time goes on, inspires me more and more to pursue this path. What amazes you the most in your work? What amazes me most about working in jewelry and timepieces is that you never stop being dazzled by the beauty and creativity of the pieces imagined by Victoire de Castellane and the teams. Having the privilege to interact daily with such exceptional creations and to contribute to their success is a true honor. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Every day, Dior helps me grow by immersing me in a highly specific and demanding sector that requires true motivation, a willingness to learn, and a desire to excel. The work is both stimulating and enriching, and it contributes greatly to my personal and professional development. I’ve never been afraid to step out of my comfort zone, and I’m thankful that Dior continues to show me how necessary and rewarding that can be. What really fascinates us is seeing how a vision turns into reality. Because we follow each step of the creation process, from the first concept to the final display, it is great to observe how all the ideas evolve and materialize. Seeing clients’ reactions when they discover the windows and boutique spaces is so rewarding. It's the blend of creativity and precision that makes our work feel so unique and interesting. How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis? Working at Dior is truly enriching. Every day brings something new to learn, whether it’s through events, creative challenges, team collaborations, or just being surrounded by passionate people who push us to do our best. It’s motivating to be in a place where each one of us values precision and attention to detail, so that at the end of a project we can appreciate and see our efforts making a difference. Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why? When things get challenging, we know we can always rely on eachother but especially on our managers Laura Favre and Laura Bani. We also feel really lucky to have such a great team around us – both the coordination team and fellow VM interns – who are always willing to help and share their advice !
