It’s the privilege of being part of a legacy that inspires you to dream bigger, think bolder and strive for excellence every day. It’s a journey driven by passion, guided by purpose and filled with moments that shape both who I am and who I aspire to be.
What amazes you the most in your work?
At the Client Service Center, what amazes me the most is how every project we work on offers the opportunity to deliver more than just a service; we create a true Dior experience. Whether it’s through developing innovative solutions or anticipating needs, we bring the legacy and excellence of Dior to life in everything we do. The variety and complexity of these projects keep me inspired and proud, knowing that every effort contributes to a unique, unforgettable experience for our clients.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
At Dior, growth is embedded in everything we do. The diverse projects, innovative spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence push me to continually improve. Each day, I’m entrusted with new challenges that push me to expand my knowledge and develop both my professional and personal skills, making each experience a step forward in my journey at such an iconic brand.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
The supportive atmosphere within the CSC team is one of confidence and collaboration, where challenges become opportunities for growth. The guidance of my managers, Caroline Fioretti (CSC New Project Manager) and Valeriia Dorovska (CSC Data and Business Insights Manager), provides me with the support to push boundaries. Alongside Ludovica Battaglia (CSC Formation and coordination Assistant), we motivate and challenge each other every day, constantly learning and growing together. This strong teamwork fuels my ability to tackle challenges with creativity and determination, knowing that I’m supported every step of the way.
