Meet Kenza Lakhdar and Quentin Sedmi, Architecture Assistant and Global VM Communication & Coordination Assistant at Christian Dior Couture, and discover the richness of their métiers as they take you behind-the-scenes of their #DreamInDior experiences.

What does #DreamInDior mean to you?

 Kenza: ‘To me, #DreamInDior embodies the belief that we can achieve anything we set our minds to. Since joining the House, I've been privileged to work on breathtaking projects that have inspired and amazed me. As an Architect for Dior, there's nothing quite like the thrill of seeing the Boutiques I helped design come to life. The beauty of these spaces is truly something to behold.’

Quentin: ‘#DreamInDior represents an invitation to stay inspired and share your excitement. It's a reminder that anything is possible in the House of Dreams. Furthermore, it is a celebration of people’s creativity to make the dream a reality not only for the clients, but for Christian Dior Couture employees too.’

What amazes you the most in your work?

 Kenza: ‘What amazes me most about my work is the way our team comes together to achieve excellence and create designs that are both beautiful and impactful. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to work on such a variety of unique and charming boutique designs. What is also inspiring is the diversity of our team - we all come from different backgrounds and cultures, but we share the same objective of transporting our clients into the many wonders and dreamy experiences that Dior can offer.’

Quentin: ‘Working at Dior, what amazes me the most is the creativity of all the teams and the diversity of my missions. Every day, I feel blessed to be allowed to share excellence through exciting Visual Merchandising projects. As an apprentice, I was amazingly considered as a fully skilled employee.’

How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?

 Kenza: ‘My #DreamInDior journey has been a tremendous opportunity for growth. Through working at Dior, I've learned to strive for excellence by always reinventing ourselves while staying true to our heritage. The culture of innovation and creativity at Dior pushes me to constantly improve and develop my skills as an architect.’

Quentin: ‘Dior helps me to develop my organising, communication and leadership skills while collaborating with talented people all around the world. As I joined an international team, I know the house is an amazing place to grow and follow your dream. Working with inspiring colleagues from different departments (IT, Retail Operations…), I’m learning new skills every day.’
