What does #DreamInDior mean for you?
To me, #DreamInDior means stepping into a world where creativity, heritage, and innovation come together. It represents the privilege of learning within a Maison that values both excellence and individuality. It is about being inspired daily while also contributing to something timeless and meaningful.
What amazes you the most in your work?
What amazes me most is witnessing how every detail, from design to presentation, carries the weight of artistry and heritage. In my role, I see how projects come to life in boutiques and how they elevate the client experience. The harmony between creativity and craftsmanship is what truly inspires me.
How does Dior help you grow on a daily basis?
Dior helps me grow by challenging me to balance project management precision with the beauty and emotion behind Fine Jewelry and Timepieces. Each day, I learn to think strategically while paying attention to even the smallest details. This environment sharpens my skills and pushes me to deliver with excellence.
Who do you rely on when you face challenges and why?
I rely on the guidance of my manager Constance Havret and my director Julia Fontana and the collaboration of my team, who continuously share their expertise and encouragement. Their mentorship and teamwork allow me to approach challenges with confidence and turn them into learning opportunities. I feel truly supported to grow within Dior.
