What happens when your internship falls through at the last minute?
If you’re Julie Bosserdet, you stay open, and let something better find you.
After her original offer was cancelled, a former manager shared her CV on LinkedIn. That one gesture changed everything. A recruiter at Atolls saw her profile, and even though we were hiring for a full-time position at the time, the team decided to offer her the internship anyway.
She started with real responsibilities, managing her own partners, and quickly became part of the team. Later, she took time off to travel, and Atolls not only supported it, but signed her return offer before she left.
Today, Julie works in a global account manager role, leading partnerships across markets, and she’s grown every step of the way.
